By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Products

We specialise in authentic Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including Japanese and English editions.

All products sold are genuine.

Product images are for reference only. Minor differences in packaging or print runs may occur.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers may request a return in accordance with UK consumer law.

For hygiene and collectible reasons, sealed booster packs, booster boxes and trading card products that have been opened cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Please contact us before returning any item.

7. Product Condition

Single cards are graded according to our own assessment.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, customs, severe weather or events beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images and text, belongs to Sumi TCG unless otherwise stated.
